Born in Burke County, NC on September 15, 1925, she was the daughter of the late Ernest Baker and Beulah Mae Powell Baker.
Leta was a member of Christ United Methodist Church.
In addition to her parents, Leta was preceded in death by her husband, Francis Leroy Willis.
The graveside service will be held at 3 p.m., Wednesday, May 2, 2018 at Burke Memorial Park. The family will greet friends at the cemetery following the service.
