Tommie Andrew Crawford of Turnersville died Sept. 12 in Turnersville. He was 75. Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Friday at the Clifton Funeral Home Chapel with Nathan Booth officiating. Burial was in Turnersville Cemetery. Mr. Crawford was born Dec. 14, 1924, in Coryell County. He was the son of the late George and Delia May Hyles Crawford. Survivors include his wife, Evelyn Crawford of Turnersville; seven sons, Tommie Allen Crawford of Fort Worth, Lloyd Nolan Crawford of Amarillo, Garland Andrew Crawford of Wheatridge, CO, James Kyle Crawford of Aurora,. CO, Donald Lee Crawford of Amarillo, Richard Eugene Turney of Elgin and Keith Douglas Crawford of Turnersville; four daughters, Dorothy Keefer of Turnersville, Dianna Lynn Crawford of Austin, Karen Campbell of Turnersville and Kathrin Ann Crawford of Turnersville; one sister, Bonnie Beacham of Colorado Springs, CO; 14 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. The family requests memorials be made to the Turnersville Youth Organization or a favorite charity.
