AUTO ACCIDENT - RAMSEY -- Canaan Timberlake, 20, died Monday morning in Mauckport, IN. He was born in Louisville on February 22, 1983, a 2001 North Harrison High School graduate and active in North Harrison football and basketball and a construction worker. He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Cindi Schneider-Zollman and Shawn Zollman of Ramsey; his father and stepmother, Ellis and Vanessa Timberlake of Mauckport; one brother, Chase Timberlake of Lanesville, IN; his grandfather, Edmund Schneider of Corydon, IN; his grandmother and step- grandfather, Betty and John O'Dea of Mauckport; and his stepgrandparents, Pat and Roger Jacobs of Arcadia, FL. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Gehlbach & Royse Funeral Home, Corydon, with Rev. Greg Carter officiating. Burial will be in St. Peter's Lutheran Cemetery, near Corydon. Visitation will be from 2-9 p.m. Wednesday and after 8 a.m. Thursday. The family suggests memorials be made to the Canaan Timberlake Scholarship for Electrical Apprenticeship Training, in care of Gehlbach & Royse Funeral Home.
