Major Pamela J. Moser, age 62, of Ellettsville, Indiana, passed away on Friday, April 27, 2018 at IU Health Bloomington Hospital in Bloomington, Indiana. Born February 1, 1956 in Madison, Indiana, she was the daughter of Reverend Robert E. and Barbara L. (Royce) Lutz.

On November 9, 2015, she was united in marriage to Gary Moser in Gatlinburg, Tennessee.

Mrs. Moser was a 1974 graduate of Shakamack High School in Jasonville, Indiana, and a Baptist. She had recently moved to Ellettsville from Bedford, Indiana.

She was currently employed as the assistant jail commander for the Monroe County, Indiana Correctional Center in Bloomington, a career she began thirty-three years ago.

She enjoyed sewing, crocheting, making wreaths, and attending car shows around the country with her husband.

She will be sadly missed by her husband; one daughter and son-in-law, Chrystal and Jason Klocek of Blanchardville, Wisconsin; two sons: Danny Martin and his wife, Shannon of Evansville, Indiana and Staff Sgt. Bill Martin, Jr. (Indiana National Guard, Ret.) of Bloomington; her mother, Barbara Royce Lutz of Bloomington; one sister and brother-in-law: Tamara and Art Hanson of Ellettsville; one brother and sister-in-law, Robert and Melinda Lutz of Memphis, Indiana; our grandchildren: Londyn Klocek, Braydan Martin, Bill Martin, III, and Thomas Martin; and one step-niece, Marrianna Hanson.

She was preceded in death by her father on April 22, 2016; one nephew, Dakota E. Lutz on July 18, 2016, and her grandparents, Walter and Helen Royce and Chester and Flora Lutz.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 AM Tuesday, May 1, 2018 at Bloomington Baptist Church, 111 South Kimble Drive, Bloomington, with interment to follow in Mount Olive Cemetery, Williams, Indiana.

Friends and family may call at Bloomington Baptist Church from 5:00 to 8:00 PM Monday, April 30, 2018 and from 10:00 AM until the time of service on Tuesday.
