Ms. Juanita Howell Curtis age 85 of Westmoreland, TN. passed away on Saturday April 28th 2018. Funeral Services for Ms. Curtis will be held on Tuesday May 1st at 11:00AM from Siloam Missionary Baptist Church with interment to follow in Siloam Cemetery. The family will accept visitors at the funeral home beginning on Monday April 30th, from 5:00PM until 9:00PM. Visitation will continue the following Tuesday morning on May 1st from 9:30AM until roughly 10:45AM at which time a funeral procession will be taken to Siloam Missionary Baptist for Funeral Services at 11:00AM.

Ms. Juanita was a member of Siloam Missionary Baptist Church & a member of the Eastern Star. Her achievements in basketball are noted in the Westmoreland High School Basketball Hall of Fame. She also served as a substitute teacher at Westmoreland Elementary & High schools.

She was preceded in death by her
Late Husband – Elder Doug Curtis
Father – Herschell Howell
Mother – Lucille Harrison
Sister – Velma Jenkins
Brother – Billy Joe Howell

She is survived by her
Son – Mike & (Mimi) Curtis of Okolona, Mississippi
Son – Kenny & (Dianna) Curtis of Greenbrier, Tennessee
Grandson – John Douglas Curtis of Nashville, Tennessee
Sister – Era Mae Gregory of Gallatin, Tennessee
As well as numerous nieces & nephews.
