He is the son of the late William 'Bill" Allen and the late Nancy Campbell Allen. He is also preceded in death by Roy, Norvel James & Herdis Allen.
He is survived by one daughter: Renee Allen of Salt Lick, KY; one sister: Amy Crase of Ohio and a host of nieces, nephews, family & friends.
