Donald F. "Don" Hamilton, 83, of Salina, passed away April 24, 2018. He was born Aug. 20, 1934, in Hutchinson, to Clarence and Frances (Crotts) Hamilton. He married Beverly Stetina, Dec. 14, 1958 and they recently celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary.
He graduated from Partridge High School and earned a Bachelor's and Master’s Degree from Kansas State University. He worked as an extension agent for 10 years and then in banking for 28 years when he retired in 1999.

While at K-State he was a member of Theta Xi Fraternity, K-State Acappella Choir, and a founding member of the K-State Singers. He was a strong supporter of the agriculture community. He served on the Tri-Rivers Fair Board, Salina Chamber of Commerce Ag Committee, was General Chairman of the Junior Dairy Show, and was involved in the Farm Expo He has been involved in many organizations including the I.O.O.F. Lodge No. 28, Salina Masonic Lodge No. 60, Scottish Rite 33 Degree, Isis Shrine, Southeast of Saline School Board, Southeast of Saline Foundation, and Lions Club. He was a member of the Sunrise Presbyterian Church and sang in the choir.

He is survived by: his wife, Beverly of the home; children, Kyle Speichinger (Dennis) of Mendon, Mo., and Scott Hamilton (Mandi) of Salina; and grandchildren Maya, William, and Olivia Hamilton of Salina, and Anna Marie and Sophia Speichinger of Mendon.

Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Thursday, April 26, at Ryan Mortuary, Salina, with family receiving friends 6:30-8 p.m.

Services are at 1 p.m. Friday, April 27, at Sunrise Presbyterian Church, Salina, with interment in the Partridge Cemetery, Partridge, Kan.
