July 31, 1928 - March 30, 2018

It is with great sadness that the family of Freda Colleen "Coke" Moore announces her passing on March 30th, 2018, at the age of 89.

Colleen died peacefully in her sleep while visiting her son Gregory in Clinton, WA. She is now in heaven with her Savior and Lord, Jesus Christ, and her loving husband Lowell whom she missed so much.

Colleen "Coke" Gregory was born on July 31st, 1928 in Kirksville, MO to Lola and Dennis Gregory.

She met her first and only sweetheart Lowell Moore when she was 16. They were married on September 27, 1947 and had a happy marriage of 60 years, raising 4 children and building a successful contracting business in Castle Rock and Littleton, Colorado.

In 1988 they moved to Anacortes, WA to be near their eldest daughter and her family. The rest of their children and their families soon followed them to Washington State where they all still reside.

She is survived by her children; Linda George of Anacortes, Stephen and Gail Moore of Arlington, Gregory & Gaby Moore of Clinton, and Tammy & Daryl Baumgartner of Kennewick; brother and sister-in-law Dick & Jeanette Gregory of Kirksville, Missouri, and brother and sister-in-law Donald & Kathryn Gregory, also of Kirksville, along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Colleen and Lowell have 11 grandchildren, and 21 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband Lowell, one granddaughter, one great-granddaughter, four sisters and three brothers.

When she was in Missouri she was always called "Coke," in her later years she went by Colleen. She loved her family, cooking, fishing, gardening and hard work.

Colleen was a dedicated Christian and spent many years as a Sunday School teacher in Colorado. Her greatest hope was that all her children, grandchildren, brothers and sisters would spend eternity in heaven with her. We will all miss her and want to see her again.

A memorial service to celebrate Colleen's life will be held at Summit Park Bible Church, 12700 Thompson Road, Anacortes, WA on May 12, 2018 at 2 PM. A reception will follow the service.

Please send any memorials or donations to the Summit Park Bible Church.
