She was born in Lancaster, a daughter of Lawson Clarence and Ada Starnes Threatt and was the wife of Lonnie Hazard Williams for 64 years. She was a homemaker but also enjoyed being a Mary Kay Consultant. She loved to travel with her friends in her earlier years. She was a member of Grace Presbyterian Church and was very active in Presbyterian Women and loved to sing in the choir. She was preceded by her parents; a brother and sister in law Donnie and Sue Threatt.
