FUNERAL SERVICES HELD FRIDAY FOR MRS. D.R. ANDERSON

Funeral services for Mrs. D.R. Anderson, age 50, were held at the East Side Baptist church at two o'clock Friday afternoon with Rev. Ted Montgomery of Idabel officiating.

Mrs. Anderson had been ill for a long time. She was taken to DeQueen, Arkansas hospital several days ago and passed away there at 8:35p.m., Wednesday of last week.

Burial was in Denison cemetery in Idabel.

She is survived by her husband; two sons, Garland Anderson, Broken Bow, and James L. Anderson of Dallas, Texas; two daughters, Mrs. Ethel Mae Reese of Prague, Okla., and Miss Evelyn Anderson, Broken Bow; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Perry Oxford, Weddington, Ark.; four brothers, Elbert and Wesley Oxford, both of Fayetteville, Ark., Homer Oxford, Pomona, Calif., and Curtis Oxford of St. Helen, Ore.; three sisters, Mrs. Louise Hayes of Siloam Springs, Ark., Mrs. Bernice Ezell, Weddington, and Mrs. Bessie Fae Thurman of Fayetteville; and four granchildren.
