Betty Jo Tullis, 80, of McGehee, AR passed away Saturday, April 9, 2016. Betty was born in Coushatta, Louisiana, a daughter of the late John Henry and Mittie Broadway Tullis. She worked as a dietician in the cafeteria at McGehee Public Schools for many years. She enjoyed going to the movie theater and eating popcorn. Betty was a member of First Assembly of God Church of McGehee, AR. She loved spending time with her family. She was very fond of the family dog Taylor. Survivors include brothers Bill (Anne) Tullis of McGehee, AR and Jim Tullis of Portland, TN; numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be 5-7pm Wednesday, April 13, 2016 at Griffin-Culpepper Funeral Service in McGehee, AR. Funeral Services will be held at 4:00 pm Thursday, April 14, 2016 at First Assembly of God Church of McGehee with Rev. Terry Morgan officiating. Burial will be at McGehee Cemetery.
