Bill R. Oliver, age 71, went to his heavenly home on Tuesday April 24th 2018, surrounded by his loved ones.

Bill is survived by his wife of 49 years Linda and their four children, Tracy and husband Ernest, Billy and wife Tish, Robert and wife Danielle, and Lori; grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Nicholas, Corbin and Kinley; his sister, Joyce and her husband Troy; nephew, Michael; and niece, Melissa and their families.

He is preceeded in death by his parents Willie Lloyd and Tina Francis Oliver and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Bill was a warm soul. His calm and positive attitude were infectious. Fast cars and motorcyles have always filled his life. Bill could build or fix anything or tell you how you should have done it in the first place. Bill was also a car buying connoisseur. He had the patience to untie the most tangled necklace using a straight pin or fix the Christmas lights that didn't work. He loved to ride, drive, fish, be outdoors, and enjoy time with his family. He was an amazing father who showered us with his love. He was the one everyone needed advice from. He was beyond wise. He was kind and loving and will be so greatly missed.

Visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. until service time at 2:00 p.m., Friday, April 27, 2018 in the Chapel of Davis-Greenlawn Funeral Home in Rosenberg.
