She was born August 17, 1947 in Torrance, California the daughter of Kenneth and Elizabeth Merritt Cobb.
She was a longtime resident of Mineral Wells and a member of Rock Creek Rd. Baptist Church.
She is survived by her daughters: Rhonda Graham and Regina Kiser, grandchildren: Dearl, Elizabeth, Aaron, Sarah, Ruthie, and Richard, great-grandchildren: Bryton, Bailey, Anthony, Andersyn, Averi, Eliseo, Jaiden, Elania, Matthew, Noah, Jaithan, and Mary Sue, siblings: Jerry, Darrell, Kenneth, and Michael Cobb, Sandra Mobley, and Shirley Howard, and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband: Forrest Kiser on June 15, 2013, and her son: Alton Kiser.
