A graveside service will be held at 2:00p.m., Sunday, April 29, 2018 at Rule Cemetery with Mr. John Pike officiating. Services are under the direction of Smith Family Funeral Homes, Rule.
James Cecil Lewis was born on February 12th, 1930 in Lubbock, Texas to Olney Garland and Hazel Morris Lewis.
He married Dale Bearden on March 6, 1954 till her passing on September 24th, 1988.
Cecil then married Jo Ella Rode Sifford on July 5th, 1991 in Fredericksburg, Texas.
