November 18, 1947 - April 20, 2018

Nancy Ann Rowe, 70, of Vero Beach, Florida passed away Friday, April 20, 2018, at her home with her family gathered at her side.

Nancy was born in Glen Burnie, Maryland and moved to Vero Beach 12 years ago from Baltimore, Maryland.

Nancy was a member of Asbury United Methodist Church in Vero Beach, a 15-year volunteer with the Cub Scouts in Baltimore, founded two clubs called Best Friends Club and Universe Model Rocket Club in Baltimore.

She was regarded by friends and family as an animal rescuer and loved doing craft work and cooking.

Survivors include daughters Elizabeth Ann Smith and Danielle Brazee of Vero Beach, sixteen foster children, and fifteen grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her long-time companion Edward Smith, son Thomas Rowe and a sister Elsie Mae Gilbert.

A graveside service will begin at 2 PM, Thursday, April 26, 2018, at Winter Beach Cemetery in Winter Beach, Florida.
