Burial, LaDue MO.
Note: Mother's maiden name shown as "Collins", believed to be her biological maiden name. Most records show her by her adoptive name of "Hutchinson".

While there is a LaDue cemetery, Joseph is in the Adkins cemetery records, along with his parents and some siblings, and he has a marker there.

The following is from obit of Joseph's wife:
"She {Louise} married Joseph T. Adkins on Dec. 12, 1897 in Kansas City. He died in Sept. of 1926. "

All documents found relating to this person are as Joseph Tilden Adkins, Joseph T. Adkins or Joseph, although his new marker is engraved "Tilden Adkins". He was reportedly known locally as "Tilden", at least in later years.

ALERT: There is a memorial in this cemetery for Tilden Alvin Adkins that has the same b/d years, but different month and days. There is no information, other than he was born in Georgia. There is also a photograph of him that shows a very well-dressed gentleman. The marker seems to be much more modern than any other in the cemetery. It is probably the memorial is for the Tilden Alvin Adkins with same DOB but died 1942 and lived his life in Dolley Co GA, and has incorrect marker and in incorrect cemetery.
