Peggy was retired from Magnavox in Jefferson City, and a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
A loving wife and wonderful mother. She will be missed by family and friends.
Preceded in death by: her husband of 49 years James L. Fowler, parents Coy and Edith Franklin, sisters Clayta Anderson and Bertie Wilson.
Survived by children, Georgia Greenwell (Sid), Douglas Fowler (Suzy). Sisters June Neel and Barbara Guardino (Stanley) and brother George Franklin (Rose), brother-in-law Archie Wilson, devoted friend Allan Newman.
Services and receiving of friends will be held on Thursday, April 26, 2018 11:00 AM at the Hamblen Memory Gardens Mausoleum, 5421 East Andrew Johnson Hwy, Morristown, building with a graveside service immediately following.
She enjoyed time with pets, Riley and Abby.
