Ruby Bell of Salem, Missouri passed away Monday, April 23, 2018 in Rolla, Missouri at the age of 76. She was born June 21, 1941 to the late Esco and Alice (Pyatt) Midyett in Gladden, Missouri
Ruby truly cared for others. She took great pride and loved her job as a manager at the Rolla Sheltered Workshop, where she eventually retired after 20 years. She really loved her family and spending time with her grandkids. She was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend, she will be greatly missed by everyone that knew and loved her.
Ruby is survived by her children, Jimmy Bell of Salem, Missouri, Robert Bell & wife Crystal of Mexico, Missouri, David Bell of Dallas, Texas; sister, Mildred Terrill of Salem, Missouri; grandchildren, Ashley Bell, Taylor Bell, Cody Bell, Brett Bell, Bo Bell; 3 great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
In addition to her parents, Ruby is preceded in death by her brothers, Howard Midyett, Noel Midyett, Okie Midyett; sisters, Joyce Midyett, Nadine Midyett, Irene Morton.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Friday, April 27, 2018 at the Salem Chapel of the James & Gahr Mortuary with Pastor Billy Miller officiating. A visitation for family and friends will be held at the Chapel on Thursday April 26, 2018 from 6:00PM - 8:00PM. Interment will be held in the Cedar Grove Cemetery in Salem, Missouri.
