Mary E. Salazar, 72, of Pueblo passed away April 18, 2018.

Preceded in death by her parents, Faris and Emma Autobee; and sister, Cathy L. Autobee.

Survived by her beloved husband, Silver Salazar; daughter, Stephanie (Pete) Lopez; siblings, Mike Autobee, Gloria Vialpando, Ruben Autobee, Angie Autobee; grandson, James Tafoya; granddaughter, Jennifer Tafoya; and great-granddaughters, Ashiya Tafoya, Aaliyah Tafoya; and her spoiled furry friend, Angel; and numerous relatives and friends.

Mary enjoyed going to Las Vegas, Laughlin and Reno. She would go four times per year.

She belonged to the VFW Post 61 Auxiliary and was selected all-state president in 1993 and 1994.

Mary enjoyed helping veterans with their programs and bartending at the VFW Post 61 for over 20 years and at the DAV occasionally.

Recitation of the Rosary will be at 6 p.m. Tuesday, April 24, 2018, at Roselawn Funeral Home Chapel.

Mass of the Resurrection will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 25, 2018, at St. Joseph Church.

Entombment to follow at Roselawn Cemetery. Online condolences may be made at roselawnpueblo.org.
