Carol Dee Davis was born on April 1, 1941, to Paul and Helen Stephenson, in Seneca, Mo.
Carol married Donald Dee Davis on April 17, 1959. Together, they raised and adored three children, Debbie Davis-Mitchell (Brian), Dawn Davis-Parker (Corey) and Darren Davis.
Carol is the loving grandmother of six grandchildren, Brett DePriest (Rebecca), Bree Schnelle, Krystal Davis-Voth (Brent), Joshua Dee Davis (Veronica ), Trey Davis and Dakota Davis. Carol has been blessed with nine great-grandchildren.
Carol was a lifelong resident of the area. After her retirement from JCT Title, Carol enjoyed living in Grove, Okla., near the lake. Carol was a member of Bethel Baptist Church.
Carol loved travelling with her husband, Don. Together, they traveled much of the country and made memories to last a lifetime. Carol's greatest love in her life was the deep affection she had for her devoted husband, her beloved children and grandchildren, her large extended family and a multitude of friends. She especially loved long telephone conversations with her friends and family.
Carol was called home to her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on April 17, 2018 after a brief illness.
Carol was preceded in death by her father, mother, sister, Delores Jean, and her son, Darren.
A celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, April 21, at 10 a.m. at Bethel Baptist Church, 12727 Bethel Road, Seneca, MO.
