He was born September 5, 1938 in Sullivan County, Tenn., a son of the late Samuel and Tobie Hatcher Booher.
Charlie was owner and operator of BWB Trucking.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Wanda Faye Booher; and brother, Paul Edward Booher.
He is survived by his sister, Dorothy L. Jones; nephew, Ronnie Jones; special caregiver, Betty Bryan; and close friend, Wayne O’Neal.
The graveside service for Mr. Booher will be held 3:30 p.m. Sunday, April 22, 2018 at Glenwood Cemetery with Pastor Chad Blevins officiating.
