Lynn H. Strickland was the son of the late Robert H. Strickland and Sandra Goolsby Strickland.
He was proceeded in death by his brother Robert "Glenn" Strickland.
He is survived by his mother Sandra Strickland, his companion and love of his life of 25 years Sandi Collerette and their two daughters Ryan Michelle Collerette and Kayla Nicole Strickland and a daughter Amanda Lynn who was given up at birth. She always remained in his heart.
He loved to fish out at Jordan Lake, loved the beach, spending time with his family, and his favorite thing to do was cook. You never left hungry. He tried time and time again to perfect his grannies famous biscuits.
He loved life, but struggled with his past, most especially the loss of his brother. He will be missed terribly by his family.
A memorial service will be held in his honor at The Church of Christ 217 Walnut Street in Cary, NC on July the 14th at 4:00. His long time girlfriend will receive guests at her house proceeding the memorial
