Daughter of Charles Augustus Woernley and Catherine Rahn HerrNeckar Woernley, both also buried in this cemetery. First husband was Francis Eugene Miles, married Sept. 12, 1894, in Hornellsville, Steuben, New York, USA.

Mrs. Robert G. Cook - Mrs. Carrie Cook widow of Robert G. Cook of Warsaw died in Rochester, March 22, 1939. She was born in Elmira on March 19, 1876 and was the daughter of Frederick and Catherine Rann Woernley [sic, should be Charles and Catherine Rahn Woernley]. Mr. Cook died Feb. 8, 1932. The funeral for Mrs. Cook was held at the Weeks Funeral Home on March 25th with the Rev. J. W. Sanderson officiating and the burial was in Hornell. Surviving Mrs. Cook are two sons, Leon A. Miles and Carl F. Miles of Warsaw, five grandchildren, and the following brothers and sisters, Mrs. John Jordan, Mrs. Edith Herb, Chicago, Mrs. Bertha A. Tippin, Vero Beach, Fla., Mrs. Ella Huntington, Warsaw, Miss Anna Woernley and Miss [sic] Augustus Woernley of Hornell, Louis Woernley, Buffalo, William Woernley, Rochester, and Fred Woernley of Cleveland, and three half-brothers, George Herrnech [sic, should be HerrNeckar], Hornell, Frank Herrnech [sic], Glendale, California, and Alfred Herrnech [sic, should be Woernley], Longmont, Colo.
