Carol Regina Black Wallace, age 76, of McBrayer Road, Clearfield, passed away Friday, April 20, 2018, at her residence.
She was born May 27, 1941, a daughter of the late Ed Lee and Ada Knipp Black. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by two sons, Thomas and Richard Wallace; seven brothers, Cletus Earl, Ed Junior, Hurshel, George Russell, Harold Gene, Charles, and Ora Black; and three sisters, Thelma Engle, Georgia Katherine Black, and Maxine Harris.
Her husband, Melvin Wallace, Jr., whom she married December 15, 1956, passed away April 20, 1977.
Regina is survived by three sons, Lloyd (Katrina) Wallace of Morehead, James (Jessica) Wallace of Wallingford, and Brian Osborne of Clearfield; four daughters, Valerie (Doug) Utterback of Morehead, Angela Wallace of Lucerne, Indiana, Lee (Eric) Crume of Logansport, Indiana, and Amanda (Elmer) Cox of Burnettsville, Indiana; and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
Other survivors include two sisters Janice Minard of Mansfield, Ohio and Leola Fields of Culver, Indiana; a host of nieces and nephews; other extended family; and friends.
She was a homemaker and had worked for A. O. Smith in Indiana. Regina was of the Baptist faith and attended the East End Church of God. She enjoyed traveling, shopping, and spending time with family, especially her children and grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Tuesday, April 24, 2018, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with Pastor Shawn Meade, Rev. Richard Engle, and Pastor James Engle officiating. Burial will follow in Wallace Cemetery, 469 Pretty Ridge Road, Morehead.
Grandchildren will serve as pallbearers.
Visitation is from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Monday, April 23, 2018, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals in Morehead.
