Her parents were William Paul and Olga Mabel (Nielsen) Paul. She grew up on a farm in Waubeek, Iowa. She graduated from Central City High School and was named Salutatorian of her class. Edna and her husband farmed northeast of Independence most of their married life. The farm is now part of Henderson farms, operated by her son Erwin and grandsons.
Edna was preceded in death by her husband and parents, 3 brothers: Robert, Arthur and Roger and 3 sisters: Dorothy, Hila, Lora Mae and 1 granddaughter (Erin Henderson).
Family and friends are welcome to a celebration of life on Sunday, April 22, 2018 at 1:00 pm at The Henderson Event Center 2320 Iowa Ave, Independence, Iowa. A light lunch will be served. Bring a dish to share if you desire. Private graveside services will be held at a later date.
