Patsy Louise Howard, 82 passed away on April 16, 2018 with her children by her side, in St. George, Utah.

Patsy was born June 9, 1935 to Rell Lyman Anderson and Louis Alger Anderson in Price Utah. She was the second of five children; Loretta, Carolyn, Phyllis, and David. Patsy grew up in Price and Sunnyside, Utah. Until she moved to Salt Lake City to work at CTI Accounting.

Patsy met the first love of her life Robert Dean Dabel, they were married June 10, 1955 in the Salt Lake City Temple. Robert and Patsy were blessed with 3 children Cathleen (Craig) Tolman, Jill (Hyde) Lair and Kerri (Shawn) Taggart. They began raising their children in Price, Utah and then Brigham City. Patsy loved serving her church and fulfilled many callings. Patsy had many hobbies including playing the piano, dancing, bowling, camping, reading, crocheting, cooking, and baking. Robert and Patsy moved to Afton, WY where Robert was raised; after he was diagnosed with Leukemia. Robert passed away July 15, 1968. At that time Patsy had begun working at Lower Valley Energy.

In September 12, 1969 Patsy married Joe Howard and they were blessed with a son Tim (Teresa) Howard. Joe had children from a previous marriage Sandy (Howard) Smith, John (Joyce) Howard, Joey (Nancy) Howard, Debbie (Bob) Bell, Dianna (Bob) Stork.

Patsy retired from Lower Valley Energy after 30 years with the company in 1999. In May 1999 Joe passed away after a battle with cancer.

Patsy loved spending time with her children and 70 grand and great grandchildren. Patsy was always eager to show her support to her family rarely passing up the opportunity to attend a sporting event, rodeo, concert, or birth of a great-grandchild. She never let her goody jar for the grandkids go empty. Patsy, relocated to Laverkin, Utah to live with her daughter Jill, for health reasons in 2015. Patsy will be greatly missed by all that survived her.

She is proceeded in death by: Her parents Lois (Alger) Anderson, Rell Lyman Anderson, Sisters-Loretta (Anderson) Preston, Carolyn (Anderson) Kranker, Husbands-Robert Dean Dabel & Joseph Eugene Howard, Daughter-Sandy (howard) Smith, Son-in-law-Doyle Kevin Hyde. Grandchildren-Tyson D. Tolman, Trevor D. Tolman, Thomas C. Tolman, Tanya (Tolman) Vulgamore and Bobbie Jo (Tolman) Andrews.
