William Charles "WC" Donaldson, 48, passed away peacefully in Tampa on Tuesday, April 17, 2018 surrounded by his family and friends. W.C. is survived by his beloved wife Julie Donaldson, his sons Carter and Canon Donaldson; mother Becky Zremski and stepfather Neal Zremski; sister Tammy Kelly and husband Bob Kelly.
W.C. was born in Naples, Florida. He received an Associate of Arts Degree from State College of Florida. He completed Fire Science and Paramedic at Suncoast Technical College.
W.C. enjoyed watching his sons Carter play baseball with FIBA and Canon in the Mighty
Drumline at Sarasota Military Academy.
He loved being a Firefighter/Paramedic for 18 years with Sarasota County Fire Department.
The SCFD Honor Guard magnificently transported him home to Sarasota from Tampa.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Sarasota Firefighters Benevolent Fund (SFFBF) at www.sffbf.org. A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, April 24, 2018 from 5:00 to 7:00p.m. at Gendron Funeral Home, 135 N. Lime Ave. Sarasota.
