Mrs. Rhonda Phillips, age 63, of Harriman passed away Tuesday April 17, 2018 at Roane Medical Center.
She is preceded in death by her parents Arthur and Bethal York Four sisters Nancy Capps, Susie Moss, Linda Ray and Caroline Glass And one brother: Johnnie York
She is survived by two sons James Luffman and Terry Russell One daughter Julie Russell One brother and sister in law JR and Gail York One sister Donna Smith Seven grandchildren And a host of nieces, nephews, friends and loved ones.
The family will have a graveside service on Friday April 20, 2018 at 2:00 PM in the Piney Grove Cemetery.
