Phyllis Juanita Hatcher Huffman, 80, Buena Vista passed away Monday April 16, 2018 at Shenandoah Valley Health and Rehab Center.
She was born June 10, 1937 in Lexington to the late Edward Hatcher and Minnie Kate Moore.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Vaden Huffman Sr.
She was a member of Westwood Baptist Church.
Surviving are her children, Marsha L. Thoemke, Richard N. Creasy, Vaden L. Huffman, Wanda N. Hite and Roland R. Creasy; six grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren; brothers, Carl Moore, Pete Worth and Tommy Worth; and sisters, Myrtle Clark, Linda Johnson, Lois Smith, Peggy Painter and Joanne Jones.
A funeral will be conducted at 2:00 pm, Thursday, April 19, at Harrison Funeral Chapel by the Rev. W. A. Mills.
Burial will follow at Rockbridge Memorial Gardens.
