Cleon Morrell Domina, 81, 73 Cypress in the Woods, Daytona Beach, a retired manager for Peerless Insurance Company, died Monday at Halifax Medical Center.

Mr. Domina was born in Keene, N.H., and moved here 12 years ago from his birthplace. He was a member of the Unitarian Universalist Church, Keene. He and his wife Elinor Frances (Small), celebrated their golden anniversary in June 1985. He served two terms on the Keene School Board, Keene, N.H., was a 32nd Degree Mason, a charter member of the Lions Club, Keene, a member of the Marine Corps League and the American Legion. Mr Domina was past president of the National Sportswriters Association, was awarded the Jaycee's Gold Key for Distinguished Service in 1942, was a former sports broadcaster for WKNE Radio, Keene, was a Marine Corps veteran, having served in World War II, and was graduated from Keene High School in 1923.

Survivors other than his wife include a daughter, Anne Morrell Hewel, Oklahoma City; and two grandchildren, John and Lisa. Baggett and Summers, Daytona Beach, is in charge.
