LaReine M. Fogarty of West Hartford passed away March 25. She was born in Hartford and was a 1956 graduate of HPHS and Hartford Hospital School of Nursing.

A devoted daughter and loving aunt, her nursing career began at Hartford Hospital in the pediatric Care Unit, and for 30 years she worked in the Westbrook/Old Seabrook area, in senior care.

She leaves a sister, Margaret Sherlock and her husband, Paul, of So Windsor, sister-in-law Clara Fogarty of East Hartford, and brother Daniel Fogarty, and wife Cecilia of Bolton, special friends Kathy Laskowski of Glastonbury and Ann Johnson of North Carolina.

She was predeceased by her brother, Charles Fogarty of East Hartford, her sister, Connie Horton of Quaker Hill, CT and sister, Patricia Coughlin of East Windsor.

A Catholic Burial took place at Mt. St. Benedicts Cemetery on April 3, 2013.
