Lisa Ann Fields, 44, of South River Road, McVeytown, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, April 15, 2018, at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville.

Born Feb. 15, 1974, in Lewistown, she was a daughter of Judith K. (Hamman) Harper and husband, Donald, of Lewistown, and the late Floyd E. Fields.

Also surviving are: a sister, Amy Jo Kintzel and husband, William, of Lewistown; a brother, W. Keith Fields, of Lewistown; and maternal grandmother with whom she lived, Shirley Hamman, of McVeytown.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, William Hamman.

Formerly employed as a hairdresser in the Lewistown area, she was also a CNA, having worked for Raystown Developmental Services for several years.

Lisa was a member of the Pine Glen Church of the Brethren and enjoyed bingo, dancing and her dogs. She most cherished time spent with her family and friends.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, April 21, 2018, at the Pine Glen Church of the Brethren, with Pastor Randy Fiske officiating.

A viewing will be held from 10 a.m. until the time of service, Saturday, at the church.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Pine Glen Church of the Brethren, 67 Pine Glen Road, Lewistown, PA 17044.
