Teresa C. Hodge, 57, of Lexington, Illinois, passed away on Friday (April 13, 2018) at her home.

Teresa Colleen Embry was born March 1, 1961 in Bloomington, Illinois, the daughter of Eddie Claeys Sr. and Ellen Marie Hamilton. She was united in marriage to David Lee Hodge Jr. on May 31, 1980. He survives.

Also surviving are her children, David Eugene (Michelle) Hodge, Bloomington, Misty Maye (Justin Bone Hayter) Hodge and Timothy Michael Hodge, both of Lexington; one sister, Maria Embry Braswell, Heyworth and eight grandchildren.

Teresa was preceded in death by her parents, Daniel and Ellen Marie Hamilton Embry.
