STEWARTSVILLE, Mo. Wilma Mae Neal, age 92, the daughter of William and Hazel (Yeager) Rhinehart, was born January 28, 1926, in Picher, Oklahoma, and passed away April 13, 2018, in St. Joseph.

On March 31, 1946, Wilma and James Edward Neal were united in marriage in Van Buren, Arkansas. To this union eight children were born.

Wilma was a member of The Christian Presbyterian Church of Stewartsville, Happy Go Lucky Club and Garden Club.

She made Corn Husk Dolls, loved to garden, sewing and making crafts.

Most important to Wilma was spending time with family and especially with her grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by: her parents; husband, James Edward Neal; grandson, Timothy Mount, brothers, Robert and Dale Rhinehart; and sister, Helen Smith.

Survivors include: eight children, Hazel (James) Mount, Vancouver, Washington, Linda (Steve) Grimm, Cabot, Arkansas, William (Hortensia) Neal, Artesia, California, Jane (Frank) Whitmer, Stewartsville, Peggy (Jerry) Sloan, St. Joseph, Gwen (Gene) Thorton Stewartsville, Jenny (Dan) Reed, Stewartsville, Debbie Neal, Stoutland, Missouri; three brothers and sisters, Bill Rhinehart, James Rhinehart and JoAnn Blaylock, all of Seneca, Missouri; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 17, 2018, at Turner Family Funeral Home, of Stewartsville, with burial following in St. Joseph Memorial Park Cemetery.

Visitation: one hour prior to service time at funeral home.
