Jeremy was born in Oxford, Ohio on May 2, 1979. He was a 1997 graduate of Connersville High School and received his HVAC certification from the Bluegrass Community Technical College in Lexington, Kentucky. Jeremy was a journeyman carpenter and a member of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America. He was a self-taught locksmith and loved socializing on the CB radio with the handle, Killowatt. Jeremy liked to tinker in the garage and being outdoors with his son. He attended the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and the First Church of God in Lexington, Kentucky. In his leisure time, he enjoyed fishing, camping and spending time with his family and friends. Jeremy will be remembered for his big heart.

Jeremy was a proud father to his son and is also survived by his mother; his father; 2 brothers; 1 sister; several nieces, nephews, uncles and aunts.

Jeremy was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother: Beulah "Faye" O'Neal and his maternal step-grandfather: William "Bill" O'Neal; his maternal grandfather: Roy Durham; his paternal grandparents: Roxie and Robert Clark; his aunt: Nancy Jordan.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. April 20, 2018 at Showalter Blackwell Long Funeral Home, Myers Chapel with John Maddox officiating. Friends may visit at the funeral home from 11 a.m. until the time of service where memorial contributions may be made to his son, Kaden. Interment will follow in New Fairfield Cemetery, Sims Section.
