VICKI ANTONINETTE (LoSOYA) WARD, 58, passed away Friday, April 13, 2018, in Fort Wayne. Born in Chicago South Side Bridgeport, Ill., Vicki worked as a teacher with Head Start for 25 years and for the past five years at Ward Corporation with her husband. She was a member of Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception. Surviving are her husband, Chris Ward of Fort Wayne; son, Marcus Daniel of Fort Wayne; daughter, Marissa Schroeder of Fort Wayne; granddaughter, Layla Newton; and brothers, Joe Mike LoSoya of Fort Wayne and Emil LoSoya of Chicago, Ill. Vicki was preceded in death by father, Abelardo LoSoya; and mother, Antonia LoSoya. Mass of Christian Burial is 2 p.m. Saturday, April 21, 2018, at Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, 1122 S. Calhoun, with calling one hour prior to Mass. Calling also from 3 to 9 p.m. Friday, April 20, 2018, at D.O. McComb & Sons Pine Valley Park Funeral Home, 1320 East Dupont Road. Burial in Catholic Cemetery, Fort Wayne. Memorials may be made to the Center for Non-Violence, 235 W. Creighton Ave., Fort Wayne, IN 46807.
