Jason Scott Rodgers, 26, of Plainview, passed away at 8:30 p.m. Saturday, June 10, 2006, in Lubbock, Texas. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, June 14, 2006, in Seth Ward Baptist Church in Plainview with the Rev. Jim Ritter, pastor, officiating. Interment will follow in Parklawn Memorial Gardens by Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Plainview.

Jason was born April 15, 1980, in Plainview, Texas to John and Deeanna Rodgers. Jason grew up in Plainview and graduated from Plainview High School and received an associate's degree from Wayland Baptist University. Survivors include his parents, John and Deeanna Rodgers of Plainview; his twin brother, Jonathan Rodgers of Plainview; one sister, Jonnita Rodgers of Plainview; his grandparents, J.D. and Patsy Rodgers of Plainview; his fiance Patricia Dement of Plainview; four nieces, one nephew and many family and friends who loved him.
