Leona S. Struve was born April 16, 1928 in Kingsley, Iowa the daughter of Fred and Ruth (Wenzel) Struve.
On December 25, 1949, Leona was united in marriage to Max M. Jensen at Fort Sam Houston, San Antonio, Texas.
Leona attended school in Quimby, Iowa. In later years, she was a member of the First Congregational Church in Newell, Iowa.
In her spare time, Leona enjoyed quilting, doing counted cross stitch projects and researching genealogy.
Leona was employed by Northwestern Bell Telephone in Storm Lake, Spencer and Sioux City from December 1947 to January 1984.
Leona will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
