Funeral services for Mrs. Elwood (Wilma) Allen, 49, of 365 Oliver Street, Bordentown, N.J., were held Friday, Sept. 14, at the Huber Funeral Home in Bordentown Mass of the Resurrection followed at 9 a.m. at St. Marry's Church.
Interment was in the Bordentown Cemetery.

Mrs. Allen died Tuesday, Sept. 11, in St. Francis Hospital after an extended illness.

Wilma Darean Allen was born September 7, 1924, at Corning, Iowa, to Glen and Elsie Givan. She came to Groton with her parents in 1941, graduating from Groton High School with the Class of 1942. She was married to Elwood Allen June 26, 1943, in St. Paul. She resided in Bordentown for the past thirty years. She was a self-employed seamstress. Mrs. Allen was a member of St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church and was active in 4-H work.

Surviving are her widower; two sons, Kenneth and John, both of Bordentown; three daughters, Mrs. Linda Derkus of Morrisville, Pa., and Margaret and Catherine, both at home; her mother, Mrs. Elsie Givan and her brother, Robert Givan, both of Groton; one sister, Mrs. Wm. (Rowena) Roth of Aberdeen; and one grandchild.
