Sunday at 2 p.m. funeral services will be held at the Waltz and Hidy Funeral Home in Anderson for Frank O. Armstrong, 82, a native of New Albany. Officiating will be the Rev. Virginia Falls of Muncie, and the Rev. George Ross of Yorktown. Friends may call at the funeral home after 7 p.m. Saturday.
He died Friday at the Sanders Nursing Home after an extended illness.
Mr. Armstrong, a former resident of Delaware County for many years, moved to Anderson in 1940, where he was a member of the Anderson Spiritualist Church.
He is survived by his widow, May; a brother, Harvey E. Armstrong of Yorktown; a stepson, Merritt H. Foster of Richmond, Calif.; a niece and three nephews.
