Donald Ray Hagin of Garland, Texas passed away on July 10, 2018 at the age of 87. He was born July 10, 1930 to Jess and Gertrude Hagin in Orr, Oklahoma. He was in the car business for 40 plus years. Don was of the Baptist faith and a member of First Baptist Church of Garland.

He is survived by his wife, Dorothy of Dallas, Texas; children, Terry Hagin and wife Lynn of Royse City, Texas, Renay Nieto and husband John of Rockwall, Texas, Stacy Betty and husband Robert of Wylie, Texas, and Scott Smith and wife Tara of North Richland Hills, Texas; twelve grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; and sisters, Mary Thomas of Garland, Texas and Jean Aulik and husband Russell of Ft. Worth, Texas.

He was preceded in death by his brother Kern “Bud” Hagin.

A funeral service will be held at 10:00 am, Wednesday January 17, 2018 at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home in Allen, Texas. Interment will follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park in Allen. The family will receive friends during a visitation from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m., Tuesday January 16, 2018 at the funeral home.
