Carol was educated in the Cabarrus County School System and attended Logan High School. She was formerly employed with the Cabarrus County School System. Carol attended Gilmore Chapel AME Zion Church where she served on the Missionary and Stewards Boards and was a Class Leader.
Services will be held Tuesday, April 17 at Clark Funeral Home Chapel, 923 Indiana Street, Kannapolis, NC. Visitation will be 9:30 – 10:30 AM, with funeral services at 10:30 AM with burial to follow at the V.A. National Cemetery in Salisbury.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by her husband, Claymon Little; her son, Vernon A. Bost, three step-sons, Ezell Little, William Little and James Winchester; three brothers, John Bost, Lee Bost, and Henry Bost; one sister, Letha Brandon .
Those left to cherish fond memories include two daughters, Santa G. Bost of Capitol Heights, MD and Sylvia A. Bost of New York, NY; six step-daughters, Wanda Roseboro (David) of Belmont, NC, Olivia Rashed, Caron McCain, Christine McCain (Kinley), Beverly Goodwin (Stevie) and Tammy Byrum all of Charlotte; five step-sons, Claymon Little, Jr., Joe Clinton Little (Sharon) both of Monroe, NC, Ronnie Little of Rock Hill, SC, Larry Little and Roscoe Little both of Concord; 4 grandchildren, Andreas Partee of Concord, Shelton Reid of Lexington, NC, Tony Bost of New York, NY and Tyrone Bost of Jacksonville, FL; two great grandchildren, Genesis Murphy and Brice Bost; 35 step-grandchildren and numerous step-great grandchildren; devoted sister in-law, Ruby Bost and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
