She was born to the late Ethel Blake on August 18, 1952, in Saint Andrews, Jamaica, WI. She was the eldest sibling of 8. Donna came to the United States on June 13, 1969 and attended Woodrow Wilson High School in. Levittown, PA. In 1974 Donna moved to the Bronx and worked as an order entry clerk at Mulberry Street. Donna later found her passion as a care giver, dedicating her life to caring for others as a CNA at Fordham Nursing and Rehab for 34 years. She became a U.S. citizen on July 26, 1996. Donna enjoyed trying her luck at the casino and loved spending time with her grandkids. Donna was warm, loving, selfless and will be sorely missed. She was “Mom” to many and loved by everyone she me. Mother of Yolanda and Louie.
