Tamara "Tammy" Lewis died peacefully at OSF Sacred Heart in Danville April 11, 2018 at the age of 58.
Tammy is survived by her son, Blake Walker (Lacey Walker) and two granddaughters, Mykaela Walker and Cameron Walker of Denver, Colorado and daughter, Brooke Walker of Cincinnati Ohio.
She is preceded in death by her beloved Father Dennis "Coach" Lewis and beloved mother Katherine Lewis.
Tammy was born August 12, 1959 in Parker Indiana to Denny and Katie Lewis. She graduated from Danville High as a Danville Viking, class of 1977 and went on to graduate from Danville Area Community College with an Associate's Degree. She later moved to Nashville Tennessee where she raised her two children, Blake and Brooke. She moved back to Danville years ago to care for her aging father.
Tammy was full of life, incredibly intelligent, caring and loved by all. She will be deeply missed by her loved ones.
