Mrs. NELL VIRGINIA DAYHOFF, 89, of Frederick passed away on Thursday April 12, 2018 at Sunrise Assisted Living. She was the wife of the late Douglas Allen Dayhoff, Sr. Born December 9, 1928 in Poolesville, MD to the late Clarence and Nellie Painter (Golliday).
Surviving is her son Douglas Allen Dayhoff, Jr., and sister Janet Painter Bliss. She will also be missed by many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by daughter Debra Ann Dayhoff, brothers H. Kenneth Painter, Garland Painter, and sister Claire Painter Ruble.
Funeral services were held at the Keeney and Basford Funeral Home, Frederick. Interment in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Frederick.
