Jane Waddell, 81, of Granbury, passed away on Thursday, April 12, 2018. Visitation: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM, Wednesday, April 18, 2018, Wiley Funeral Home, Granbury, Service: 10:00 AM, Thursday April 19, 2018, Triple Cross Cowboy Church, Interment: 1:30 PM, Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Triple Cross Cowboy Church.

Jane was born on March 25, 1937 in Santa Anna, Texas to Alfred and Maydell Godwin. She married Phillip Arthur Waddell on July 19, 1955 in Port Aransas, Texas. She was an active member of Triple Cross Cowboy Church and the Senior Circle. She volunteered for Meals on Wheels. She was very outgoing and loved her rings. She liked playing cards and Bunco, travelling especially on road trips, and being outside and pulling weeds.

She was preceded in death by her husband, brother and sister.

She is survived by her children: Jana Blanco and husband Manuel, Rene Vaught and husband Jack, Phil A. Waddell and wife Robin, and C. Wesley Waddell and wife Cathy, grandchildren: Zach Blanco, Bryan Callas, Rachel Kilgore, Darin Callas, James Vaught, Patricia Stanley, Marcus Blanco, Phillip Waddell, Claudia Waddell, and Zoe Waddell, and 16 great-grandchildren.
