Idalue Jean Harness age 72, of Oneida, Tennessee passed away Thursday, April 12, 2018 at the Big South Fork Medical Center in Oneida, Tennessee. She was born in Scott County, Tennessee on October 24, 1945 to the late Hurstle and Lakie Lee Gibson.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Frankie Harness; son: Johnny Phillips; grandparents: Jonah and Vina Chambers Honeycutt and Lonnie and Sarah Gibson; brothers: Willis Abbot, Billy Ray Gibson, and Preston Jeffers; sisters: Rosa Lee Lawson, Josephine Ellis, Verna Lee Gibson, and Phyllis Ann Terry; granddaughter: Samantha Paige Harness.

She is survived by her children James Phillips and wife Tara, Angela Coffey and husband Randy, and Rowdy Harness and wife Jill; brothers: Odis Abbot and wife Laura, Jerry Gibson and wife Phyllis, Benny Gibson and wife Debbie, and John Gibson and wife Lynn; sisters: Ola Mae Jeffers, and Sharon Blackburn; sister-in-law: Kathy Gibson; grandkids: Frankie Ryan Harness, Kaylee Lueann Harness, Branden Coffey and wife Kayla, Jesse and Cole Sexton, Montana Ranta and husband Cody, and Dakota and Kansas Phillips; great grandchild: Arielle Ranta and many other relatives and friends.

Friends may visit with the Harness family on Monday, April 16, 2018 from 6 p.m. until time of the funeral service at 8 p.m.in the chapel of West-Murley Funeral Home with Bro. Don Hughett and Bro. Charles West officiating.

Graveside service will be held on Tuesday April 17, 2018 at 12 p.m. in the Bull Creek Cemetery.
