Donald R. Weese, 86 of Findlay passed away on Wednesday, April 11, 2018. He was born on April 10, 1932 to the late George R. and Anna Mae Weese. Don married Magdelene White and she preceded him in death. On February 12, 1961, he married Donna L. Lather and she preceded him in death on January 5, 2018. He is survived by his son, David (Yukari) Weese of Findlay, two daughters, Delores J. (Gary) King of Denton, TX and Denise (Wayne) Weihrauch of Jenera. Mr. Weese is also survived by his grandchildren: Dawnel Kuhn, Jennifer Ramsey, Adrian (Pat) Higgins, Josiah Brim, Daniel Brim, Isaac Weese, Mariko Weese, Niki (Landon) Sidle, Jeremy (Natalie) Weihrauch, Melanie (Cody) Daniels, Lorna (Jeremy) Epstein and Matthew King; his great-grandchildren: Jasmine, Brandon, Maddox, Rylee, Abigail, Easton and Kaitlyn; his great-great-granddaughter, Katalina Kuhn. He was also preceded in death by a great-granddaughter, Maelyn Marie Daniels and two brothers, Ernest Weese and Curtis Weese. Don worked for the Tiffin Waterworks and various telephone companies including Benton Ridge Telephone Company. He finished his career by retiring from Cooper Tire and Rubber Company in the telecommunications department. He loved his family and also had a great love for music. A funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m., Sunday, April 15, 2018, at COLDREN-CRATES FUNERAL HOME, Findlay, where visitation will be held 2 hours (1:00-3:00 p.m.) prior to the service.
