Willis, 68, of Orient, Illinois, passed away Tuesday April 10, 2018 in Herrin Hospital at 9:25p.m. Danny was born November 8, 1949 in West Frankfort, Illinois to William and Mariam Lou (McKown) Willis. He loved music and was a member of Danny & The Dreamers. He also loved fishing and hunting. He was preceded in death by his parents. Danny is survived by his sons: Jeff (Lynel) Willis and Clint (Andi) Willis; brothers: Leonard (Tana) Willis and Stephen (Jo Ellen) Willis; sister, Harriet (Gary) Willis; six grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 11:00a.m. on Saturday April 14, 2018 at Union Funeral Home - West Frankfort, Illinois with Brother Mike Cash officiating. Burial will be in Boner Cemetery - West Frankfort, Illinois. Visitation will be held from 9:00-11:00a.m. on Saturday April 14, 2018 at the funeral home prior to the service.
