Freda M. “Nannie” Parker, 88, of Toledo, Ohio passed away at Swanton Valley Center on Tuesday, April 10, 2018. She was born in Waynesboro, Tennessee on May 16, 1929 to Albert and Susie (Skelton) Jackson. Freda worked as a waitress at White Tower for over 20 years. She enjoyed playing bingo, cooking, but what she cherished most was her grandchildren and family. She will be deeply missed.

Freda is survived by her son, Randy; grandchildren, Eric (Laurie) Parker, Casey (Bill Cousino) Parker, Sally (Mark Roby) Okorowski; 9 great-grandchildren, sister, Nita Kelly; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, James Parker Jr.; and siblings, James, Betty, and Lewis Ray.

The family will receive friends at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road on Monday, April 16, 2018 from 4:00 pm until the time of funeral services at 7:00 pm. Memorial contributions may be directed to Alzheimer's Association.
